Garlic broiled fillets

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Scrod or orange roughy fillets
2 tablespoons Plus (see next line)
2 teaspoons Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Directions

Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In blender, combine remaining ingredients, blend until smooth. Spread half of mixture evenly over fish. Broil 5 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn fish carefully, spread with remaining garlic mixture and broil another 8-10 minutes or until done.
