|1 cup||Hot water|
|2 tablespoons||Olive oil|
|1 tablespoon||Dried sweet pepper flakes|
|1 teaspoon||Basil leaves|
|1 teaspoon||Wyler's chicken-flavor instant bouillon|
|Freshly ground pepper -or-|
|½ teaspoon||Coarse-ground pepper|
In blender, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Refrigerate leftovers.
