|4||Cloves garlic; chopped|
|¼ cup||Plus 2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice|
|1 tablespoon||Plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce|
|8||Skinless chicken thighs|
|2||Lemons; cut into wedges|
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 15 min, Cook: 30 min.
Preheat oven to 425øF. Pure first 3 ingredients and salt to taste in a blender or food processor. Put chicken in a plastic bag or covered container. Pour lemon mixture over. Seal and marinate 15 minutes. Transfer chicken to a broiler pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Discard marinade. Roast chicken 25-35 minutes until just cooked throughout. Serve with lemon wedges.
