Ingredients

¼ | cup | Shallots -- minced |
¼ | cup | Cilantro -- chopped |
1 | tablespoon | Jalapeno peppers -- minced |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh tarragon -- chopped |
⅛ | tablespoon | Balsamic vinegar -- or |
Sherry vinegar | ||
2 | Cloves garlic -- crushed |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
