Garden herb salsa

Ingredients

cupDiced plum tomato
½cupRed bell pepper -- diced
½cupYellow bell pepper -- diced
¼cupShallots -- minced
¼cupCilantro -- chopped
1tablespoonJalapeno peppers -- minced
1tablespoonFresh tarragon -- chopped
tablespoonBalsamic vinegar -- or
Sherry vinegar
2Cloves garlic -- crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
