Garden herb salsa

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Red bell pepper -- diced |
| ½ | cup | Yellow bell pepper -- diced |
| ¼ | cup | Shallots -- minced |
| ¼ | cup | Cilantro -- chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Jalapeno peppers -- minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh tarragon -- chopped |
| ⅛ | tablespoon | Balsamic vinegar -- or |
| Sherry vinegar | ||
| 2 | Cloves garlic -- crushed | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
