Garden herb salsa

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Diced plum tomato
½ cup Red bell pepper -- diced
½ cup Yellow bell pepper -- diced
¼ cup Shallots -- minced
¼ cup Cilantro -- chopped
1 tablespoon Jalapeno peppers -- minced
1 tablespoon Fresh tarragon -- chopped
⅛ tablespoon Balsamic vinegar -- or
Sherry vinegar
2 Cloves garlic -- crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
