Gabriel's waffle house spaghetti

2 | Cloves Garlic -- chopped | |
3 | mediums | Onions -- chopped |
1 | can | (6 Oz) Tomato Paste |
1 | pounds | Lean Ground Beef |
1 | can | (16 Oz) Tomatoes |
1 | can | Tomato Soup (10 1/2 Oz) |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
2 | teaspoons | Chili Powder |
Salt And Pepper -- to taste |
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic and onions and cook until onions are golden brown. Add tomato paste and mix well. Add ground beef and cook until meat is well done. Add tomatoes, soup, cinnamon, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 1½ hours. Cook spaghetti and drain well. Cover each serving of spaghetti with sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
