Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Pooon garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Fresh tomato julienne
2 ounces White wine
2 ounces Shrimp
2 ounces Scallops
4 \N Black mussels
4 ounces Cooked linguini; (favorite pasta)

In 12" saute pan add oil, garlic, and chopped parsley. Saute shrimp, scallops, and mussels until shrimp become pink. Deglaze pan with white wine, season with salt and pepper. Add fresh tomato and cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly and serve.

Yield: 1 dinner serving
