Fruit-yogurt swirl

Ingredients

½ | cup | Unsweetened pineapple chunks, chilled, drained and canned |
½ | cup | Unsweetened sliced peaches, chilled, drained and canned |
5 | Ice cubes | |
3 | Whole fresh strawberries, caps removed | |
1 | medium | Size ripe banana, frozen |
8 | ounces | Low-fat vanilla yogurt, (1 carton) |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 167 Calories; 2g Fat (8% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 36g Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 53mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
