Yield: 3 Servings
|½ cup||Unsweetened pineapple chunks, chilled, drained and canned|
|½ cup||Unsweetened sliced peaches, chilled, drained and canned|
|3||Whole fresh strawberries, caps removed|
|1 medium||Size ripe banana, frozen|
|8 ounces||Low-fat vanilla yogurt, (1 carton)|
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
