Fruit salad with jalapeno-citrus dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ small Honeydew melon
1 \N Ripe large papaya, peeled

1 pint Strawberries stemmed and

1 can Pineapple chunks drained
\N \N Jalapeno Citrus Dressing
⅓ cup Orange juice
3 tablespoons Lime juice
3 tablespoons Minced fresh mint, basil
\N \N Or cilantro
2 \N Jalapeno peppers seeded,
\N \N Minced
1 tablespoon Honey

Scoop seeds from melon. Remove fruit from rind with melon baller or cut into wedges. Remove rind and cut into cubes. Place in large bowl.

Add fruits and dressing. Gently toss to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours. Garnish with mint.
