Fresh fruit salad with honey-mint dressing

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Plain yogurt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey; to taste (up to 2) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Amaretto; to taste (up to 2) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1 | dash | Nutmeg |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced fresh mint |
| 5 | Heaping cups fresh fruit; cut in pieces (melons, peaches, nectarines grapes, cherries) | |
| Whole mint leaves to garnish | ||
Directions
FRUITS
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smoothly blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss thoroughly.
Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and chill briefly before serving.
NOTES : Fixed this for a party with friends and everyone loved it.
