Frozen fruit salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Env. unflavored gelatin
½ cup Boiling water
16 ounces Can fruit cocktail in syrup,
\N \N Undrained
½ cup Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2½ cup Sweetened whipped cream

"Fold in ¾ cup marshmallows at the same time as the whipped cream, if you like."

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool slightly, then stir in fruit cocktail and mayonnaise. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a small loafpan or baking dish and freeze. Slice or cut into squares, and serve on lettuce.
