Yield: 1 Servings
|1½ cup||Pineapple; canned, cut into small pieces|
|1 can||(large) apricots; chopped|
|1 large||Bottle Maraschino cherrie; chopped|
|2 packs||(8 oz) cream cheese; softened|
|1 pint||Whipping cream|
|1 cup||Walnuts/pecans; black walnuts are great, too.|
Drain fruits thoroughly. Mix sugar with fruit and let stand 1 hr. Whip cream cheese. Add mayonnaise and beat. Stir this mixture into fruit. Add walnuts/pecans . Freeze.
