Frozen fruit salad #2

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sour cream
¾ cup Powdered sugar
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ cup Sliced maraschino cherries
1 can (20-oz) crushed pineapple; drained
¾ cup Sliced seedless grapes
1 Banana; diced
½ cup Chopped pecans

Combine sour cream & sugar in a large bowl. Add salt & lemon juice, then remaining ingredients, blending evenly. Freeze.
