Frozen cinnamon apple pie (motts)

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Granola
¼ cup Margarine or butter; melted
1 quart Vanilla ice cream; softened
1 cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce
¼ cup Chopped pecans
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Apple Slices; if desired
Whipped Cream



In medium bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Press mixture firmly in bottom and up sides of 8 or 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

In medium bowl, combine ice cream, apple sauce, pecans and cinnamon. Spoon ice cream mixture into prepared crust. Freeze until firm.

Garnish with apple slices and whipped cream.

Notes: Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. This frozen ice cream pie is great to have in the freezer for unexpected guests. Garnish with apple slices and whipped cream.
