Yield: 6 servings
|2 cups||Cooked beans|
|½ cup||Grated longhorn cheese|
|3 tablespoons||Lard or bacon drippings|
Heat lard or bacon drippings in frying pan or saucepan. Add beans, mash and simmer for 5 minutes. Top with cheese and serve when melted.
