Frijoles refritos (mexican re-fried beans)

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked beans
½ cup Grated longhorn cheese
3 tablespoons Lard or bacon drippings

Heat lard or bacon drippings in frying pan or saucepan. Add beans, mash and simmer for 5 minutes. Top with cheese and serve when melted.
