Mexican frijoles refritos

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Lard or bacon grease
2 cups Cooked pinto beans
1½ cup Beef broth
2 cups Shredded cheese

Heat lard or bacon grease in skillet until almost smoking. Add pinto beans and fry. Add beef broth and stir thoroughly to avoid scorching.

Add cheese and blend. When cheese is melted and blended, re-fried beans are ready.
