Fried jonathans

6 | Peeled and cored Johathans | |
½ | Stick butter | |
½ | cup | Sugar (scant) |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
2 | tablespoons | Cinnamon red hots |
Directions
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Saute apples until transparent. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture, and red hots over apples. Stir until melted. Yum, yum!
