Fried jonathans

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Peeled and cored Johathans
½ Stick butter
½ cup Sugar (scant)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Cinnamon red hots

Directions

Melt butter in heavy skillet. Saute apples until transparent. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture, and red hots over apples. Stir until melted. Yum, yum!
