2largesTomatillos, husks removed, minced
1largeTomato, peeled and chopped
½largeOnion, peeled and minced to
4Sprigs fresh cilantro
2Cloves garlic, minced
1Hot chili pepper, minced
xOptional: 1/2 avocado, peeled and minced
xSalt to taste

Directions

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Serve as a dip with chips or as a sauce for meat and tacos
