2 teaspoons | Tiny capers, chopped |
1 tablespoon | Flat leaf parsley (chopped) |
1 tablespoon | Dijon-style mustard |
2 teaspoons | Whole-grain mustard |
1 teaspoon | Tarragon vinegar |
¼ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
\N \N | Salt and freshly ground |
\N \N | Black pepper, to taste |
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until time to use.

This is a lovely dipping sauce to make fresh. It's similar to tartar sauce but with the spices of Louisiana.
