Fresh salmon chowder

2Carrots, sliced
2Stalks celery wit tops, diced
3Potatoes, peeled and cubed
1cupWater Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
poundsFresh salmon fillets
1cupMilk

Directions

Bring onion, carrots, celery and potatoes to a boil with water, salt, and pepper; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon amd milk to saucepan. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until fish is done.

Serve.
