| 1 | cup | Thawed frozen corn kernels | 
| 14½ | ounce | Italian style stewed tomatoes | 
| 1 | Bottle (8 oz) clam juice | |
| ¼ | cup | Long grain rice | 
| Salt and pepper | ||
| Green onion; thinly sliced | ||
Directions
Combine salmon, corn, tomatoes, clam juice and rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender; season with salt and pepper and garnish with scallion.
