No work salmon chowder (mf 6637)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
7 ounces Canned salmon drained
1 cup Thawed frozen corn kernels
14½ ounce Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 Bottle (8 oz) clam juice
¼ cup Long grain rice
Salt and pepper
Green onion; thinly sliced

Combine salmon, corn, tomatoes, clam juice and rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender; season with salt and pepper and garnish with scallion.
