Tropical pineapple boat

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pineapple
\N \N Tropical fruits (banana; papaya; kiwi, mango, watermelon etc)

Cut pineapple in half lenght wise through the crown, leaving crown intact.

Remove fruit from the pineapple halves, leaving ½ inch of fruit inside shell. Cut fruit into cubes. Toss pineapple cubes lightly with a selection of tropical fruits. Spoon into pineapple boats to serve.
