Fresh cherry pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Sugar
2½ tablespoon Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 quart Tart Red Cherries
1 \N Plain Pastry

Mix sugar, flour, salt and cherries together. Line piepan with pastry, add cherry mixture and cover with top crust. Bake in a 450*F oven for 10 minutes; reduce temperature to 350*F and bake 25 minutes longer. Submitted By MICHELLE BRUCE On 11-21-94
