Yield: 16 Servings
|½ cup||Semi-sweet chocolate|
|½ cup||White corn syrup|
|1 pint||Whipping cream|
One hour before serving, blend chocolate pieces with syrup and water in small pan. Cool and add vanilla. In large bowl with mixer on medium, beat cream while gradually adding chocolate mixture. Continue beating until mixture just mounds; then spoon into bowl and refrigerate. At serving time, scald milk and pour into chocolate pot. Into each cup, spoon some chocolate whipped cream. Pour in hot milk and stir before sipping. Serves 16.
