Foil wrapped roast

1 | \N | (4-6 lb) beef roast |
\N | \N | Salt & pepper to taste |
1 | pack | Dehydrated onion soup mix |
Salt and pepper roast lightly. Place heavy duty foil on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle onion soup mix on foil. Place roast on top and sprinkle remainder of soup on meat. Seal foil tight on roast. Place in a 250 degree oven and cook 5 hours. Delicious gravy, meat is brown. Serves 6 to 8.
