Foil wrapped roast

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N (4-6 lb) beef roast
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste
1 pack Dehydrated onion soup mix

Salt and pepper roast lightly. Place heavy duty foil on a cookie sheet.

Sprinkle onion soup mix on foil. Place roast on top and sprinkle remainder of soup on meat. Seal foil tight on roast. Place in a 250 degree oven and cook 5 hours. Delicious gravy, meat is brown. Serves 6 to 8.
