|\N \N||Chili sauce|
|2 cups||Green beans|
|4 \N||Carrots sliced|
|4 \N||Onions sliced|
|½ \N||Bay leaf|
|\N \N||Ground pepper|
Line a roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Place meat on foil.
Season well with salt and pepper and spread generously with chili sauce.
Place vegetables around meat and add bay leaf. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 3 hours.
