Foaming icing for cotton cake

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | cup | Brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Corn syrup |
| 4 | tablespoons | Water |
| 1 | Egg white | |
Directions
Put brown sugar, corn syrup, water and egg white in double boiler. Beat until mixture is firm. Spread on cake with flat knife. Decorate with marashino cherries to taste.
