Fluffy fruit dip with almond chips

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Low-fat sour cream
¼ cup Peach preserves
7 ounces Marshmallow creme, (1 jar)
¼ cup Almond brickle chips (such as Bits 'O Brickle)
4 \N Dozen whole strawberries with green caps
\N 2 strawberries).

Combine sour cream, preserves, and marshmallow creme in a bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.

Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Stir in brickle chips just before serving. Yield: 1-½ cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon dip and Per serving: 50 Calories; 1g Fat (16% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 11g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 6mg Sodium Serving Ideas : Serve with strawberries.
