Flour soup (turkish)

Measure Ingredient
8 cups Meat stock
6 tablespoons Butter
¾ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Salt
⅓ teaspoon Paprika

1- Melt 4tbs of butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and lightly brown it. Slowly add the meat stock, stirring constantly, to have a smooth cream. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. 2- Heat 2 tbs of butter. Add paprika and pour over the soup.
