Finnish bread

Measure Ingredient
1⅛ cup Butter
½ cup Sugar
3½ cup Flour

Mix well and let stand in cold place for 1 hour. Roll into strips about ⅔-inch in diameter and cut into small pieces. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar and chopped nuts. Bake in a moderate oven (350) till golden brown.
