Filled crescent rolls in a sauce

1 can Crescent rolls
1 can Cream of anything soup
½ can Milk or water
\N \N Chicken; ham or ground beef
\N \N Cheese
\N \N Chicken
\N \N Green chilis
\N \N Montery Jack cheese
\N \N Kelbasa; sliced, quartered
\N \N Diced bell peppers
\N \N Onions
\N \N Cheese
\N \N Pepperoni
\N \N Mozzarella
\N \N Peppers
\N \N Mushrooms
\N \N Use tomato soup instead of cream soup*

Mix fillings to taste in a bowl set aside. Unroll crescent rolls put about a tabespoon of filling inside. Roll up and place in a 9x13 inch pan a couple of inches apart. Combine soup and liquid, pour over rolls. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 min.
