Fiddleheads vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Fiddleheads
⅓ cup Olive oil
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 \N Wild garlic buds or
\N \N Garlic cloves
½ teaspoon Fine herbs

Combine all ingredients and marinate for 10 min. Garnish with tomato slices and black olives sliced.
