Garlic flavored fiddleheads

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh fiddleheads
\N \N Or 1 pkg. frozen
6 \N Cloves garlic
2 \N Green onions
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
½ teaspoon Sugar
3 tablespoons White wine

Cook fiddleheads in water or steam. Meanwhile in frypan heat some butter and saute garlic till softened then add the sliced green onions for the last ½ minute. Blend in the soya sauce, sugar and wine. Coat the fiddleheads in the sauce and serve.
