Chopped summer salad

Ingredients

1Head romaine lettuce, washed
And dried
5Plum tomatoes
3tablespoonsLemon juice
¼cupOlive oil
1Cucumber, peeled, halved,
Seeded and sliced
2teaspoonsCapers
1smallRed onion, quartered and
Sliced very thin
1tablespoonChopped dill
Salt and pepper

Directions

Slice romaine leaves into ⅛-inch strips. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, and each half into 6 pieces. Stir together lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl and add vinaigrette to taste. Season with salt and pepper.
