Far east fettuccine

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
9 ounces Fresh fettuccine
½ pounds Frozen Oriental
\N \N Vegetable mix
2 \N Green onion(s)
½ pounds Cooked bay shrimp
⅔ cup Bottled plum sauce
\N \N Salt

1. Cook the fettuccine and the frozen vegetables together in a large pot of boiling, salted water until the pasta is tender but still firm, 3-4 min. Drain well.

2. Meanwhile, cut the green onions crosswise into very thin slices.

3. In a large serving bowl, combine the pasta and vegetables, the shrimp, green onions, and plum sauce. Toss to mix. Add salt to taste and toss well.
