Famous milk chocolate fudge

2 | tablespoons | Butter |
⅔ | cup | Evaporated milk, undiluted |
1½ | cup | Sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
4 | ounces | Miniature marshmallows (2 cups) |
11½ | ounce | Milk chocolate chips |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ | cup | Chopped pecans or walnuts |
Butter or foil-line 8-inch square pan. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minutes or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour into pan. Cool; cut into squares.
HINT: For thicker fudge, use a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
