Evie's caesar salad dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Clove garlic
¾ cup Mayonnaise
2 \N Canned anchovies
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese; freshly grated
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Ground pepper

Place all in small processor until smooth. Serve over romaine lettuce **Original recipe calls for 3 cloves of garlic in processor..⅖ sauteed in oil and 4 anchovy fillets. Too strong for me, but Dad adds anchovies to his salad.

Perhaps non-fat mayonnaise could be used.
