Escalloped oysters en casserole-madrigal feaste, dec1978

Ingredients

| ⅓ | cup | Margarine or butter; melted |
| ¼ | pounds | Ritz crackers; crushed lightly |
| 1 | pounds | Oysters;shucked,drained, liquid reserved |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| Salt and pepper taste | ||
Directions
1. Butter a 1 quart ccasserole dish 2. Mix oleo or butter with crackers until well distributed 3. Place ½ of cracker mix into casserole.
4. Spread oysters over crackers.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper , and pour milk and ¼ cup oyster liquid over all.
6. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture.
7. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
