Episcopalian banana bread

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder
⅓ cup Oil
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
½ cup Sugar OR
2 \N Eggs, well beaten
¼ cup Brown sugar
¾ cup Oatmeal
½ teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Milk
2 cups Mashed bananas

Mix everything in one bowl and stir it up. In greased and floured bread pan, cook at 350 F for 50-60 minutes. This is really better if left to sit overnight before eating, it's almost too moist to eat right away. From *Prodigy's Food and Wine Bulletin Board,from Cheryl Lawson - SBKR68A
