Enola's simple vegetable soup

| Beef bouillon granules | ||
| 2 | cans | (14oz ea) stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | can | (16oz) French-style |
| Green beans | ||
| 1 | pack | (10oz) frozen mixed veggies |
| 1 | pack | (10oz) frozen corn |
| 1 | cup | Onion(s), chopped |
| ½ | cup | Celery, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Green bell pepper, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Red bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | White pepper |
| ½ | cup | Orzo |
Directions
In a 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat, bring the water to a boil. Add the beef bouillon granules, stirring well. Add all the remaining ingredients except the orzo; cook, covered, for 30 min. Reduce heat to a simmer, add the orzo and cook for 20 min more, stirring occasionally.
