|3 ounces||Semi-sweet chocolate chips|

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, salt, butter, and water. Cook to hard-crack stage (300F), stirring constantly and watching temperature carefully. Immediately pour onto ungreased cookie sheet. Cool until hard.
Melt chocolate over hot, but not boiling, water. Spread over toffee; sprinkle and press nuts into chocolate. Let set for 3 hours or chill for half an hour. Break into bite-size pieces.
