Emeril's quick horseradish sauce

1 Cup

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Finely grated horseradish
1 cup White vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ cup Sour cream
Salt and pepper

In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well combined and season to taste with salt and pepper. Formatted by jayne@...
