1 \N | freshly-ground black pepper; to taste |
3.00 tablespoon | chopped roasted peanuts |
1.00 tablespoon | finely-chopped parsley |
In a wok, heat the peanut oil. When the oil is hot add the sprouts, garlic and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 30 seconds. Remove from the heat.
Season with salt and pepper. Place on a platter and garnish with peanuts and parsley. This recipe yields 4 servings.
