Korean bean sprouts

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt; or to taste |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sesame seeds, toasted |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder Karen says: use REAL garlic |
| 1 | pinch | Cayenne pepper, optional |
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped green onions |
Directions
Clean the bean sprouts. Drop into boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
Drain well. Return to the pan. Stir in the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic powder, cayenne, and green onions. Simmer 2 minute. Serve hot or cold.
