Eggplant stew

Measure Ingredient
1 Eggplant
2 cans Stewed tomatoes
Chopped onion
1 Garlic clove
½ teaspoon Smoke flavoring
1 pack Frozen corn

Peel and cube eggplant. Water saute onion and garlic until tender. Add eggplant and tomatoes. Heat until eggplant is tender, then add the corn and smoke flavoring. Heat through and serve.
