Eggnog (vegan)

Measure Ingredient
2 10 oz pkg silken regular or low fat tofu
16 ounces Vanilla soymilk; or rice milk
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Tumeric; ground
½ cup To 1c rum or brandy
;nutmeg, opt

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thorougly stopping occasionally to scrape down sieds.

Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
