Eggnog (vegan)

16 | ounces | Vanilla soymilk; or rice milk |
1 | tablespoon | Vanilla extract |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
¼ | teaspoon | Tumeric; ground |
½ | cup | To 1c rum or brandy |
\N | \N | ;nutmeg, opt |
In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thorougly stopping occasionally to scrape down sieds.
Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
