Eggnog (vegan)

210 oz pkg silken regular or low fat tofu
16ouncesVanilla soymilk; or rice milk
1tablespoonVanilla extract
¼cupSugar
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
¼teaspoonTumeric; ground
½cupTo 1c rum or brandy
;nutmeg, opt

Directions

In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg; blend thorougly stopping occasionally to scrape down sieds.

Serve well chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
