Egg timbales

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Milk, scalded
6 eaches Eggs, slightly beaten
\N \N Salt and pepper

Combine eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill well-oiled muffin tins with mixture. Set in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) until firm. Unmold on rounds of buttered toast. Garnish with sprigs of parsley. 6 servings. Florence Taft Eaton, Concord, MA.
