Easy turtle candies

1 cup Pecan halves
24 Caramel candy, square,
Light; unwrapped
½ cup Semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil

Arrange pecans in clusters of 4, flat sides down, ½ inch apart. place 1 caramel on top of each cluster of pecans, pressing into pecans to flatten slightly and hold pecans together. 2. Place in oven and bake 5 to 7 mins, or until caramels are soft. Remove from oven and carefully flatten each caramel with a buttered knife. 3. In a 1-cup glass measure, combine chocolate chips and oil. Heat in microwave on High 45 to 60 secs, until melted and smooth when stirred. Spoon chocolate over turtles to cover caramels.

Refrigerate 30 to 60 mins, until set. Store and serve at room temperature.
