|½ teaspoon||Fine sea salt|
|2 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|100 grams||Dark chocolate|
|100 millilitres||Double cream|
|1 tablespoon||Maple syrup|
|6 \N||Scoops vanilla ice cream|
Preheat the oven to 180C. Toss pecans in salt and sugar and bake on a tray for 10 minutes.
Caramelise the brown sugar, and add the butter and a little water. Place the chocolate, milk, cream and maple syrup in a double boiler, heat and leave to come together.
