2tablespoonsBrown sugar
2tablespoonsButter
100millilitresMilk
100gramsDark chocolate
100millilitresDouble cream
1tablespoonMaple syrup
6Scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C. Toss pecans in salt and sugar and bake on a tray for 10 minutes.

Caramelise the brown sugar, and add the butter and a little water. Place the chocolate, milk, cream and maple syrup in a double boiler, heat and leave to come together.

To serve, take two tall glasses and build the different components in layers with the ice cream and eat! Converted by MC_Buster.
