¼ cup | Sauterne wine |
1 can | (15-oz) asparagus spears; drained |
Parmesan cheese | |
Salt to taste | |
Pepper to taste |
Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
