Yield: 4 Servings
|¼ cup||Sauterne wine|
|1 can||(15-oz) asparagus spears; drained|
|Salt to taste|
|Pepper to taste|
Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
